Z zig06 Member Oct 4, 2007 89 1 Jan 6, 2009 #2 Any 250 2 stroke should cover your needs. The newer the better, but if it's clean even a good running 15 or 20 year old 2 stroke will work. I had a '90 RM250 that really did a great job in the ORV trails and at Silver Lake sand dunes.
