Looking for a particular tutorial.

I'm planning on swapping my fork springs tomorrow and can't find a tutorial I thought I'd saved. It was on someones' website that was posted here, (very detailed, for guys like me). Maybe it's not as complicated as it sounds but I plan on getting the bike up to the cottage on the weekend and would really like to do the swap without any hiccups.
Anyone remember where it is? Thanks in advance.
