Hey all, My name is Dave. I just bought a new 2004 yz125 last year, It has a fmf factory fatty and titanim 2 silincer. The jetting is still stock and i heard you should change it when you add an aftermarket pipe. I was just woundering if anyone could tell me what size jet i should be using? I live in northern Michigan so the weather in the summer here is normally around 70 to 90 dergees. Thanks

Trial and error will be necessary, grasshopper . . . ;)

Conditions are too variable to really say for sure - weather, humidity, elevation, your bike in particular, etc . . .

Just test, change, test, see how it runs and watch the plug using the current jets. Try this link:

I have a 04 yz 125 with a aftermarket fmf factory fatty and titanium 2 silincer, I heard you should rejet after putting an aftermarket pipe on I was just woundering if anyone could help me with what size jet i should use? Also should i change the needle clip up or down?

We can't tell you what jets your bike needs for your riding conditions, your riding style and setup. You have to learn how to set it up yourself, for how and where you ride. No one can tell yuo over the internet.

Read those links posted, and find an experienced friend, and go set up your bike for you. You are the only one who can do it.
