Read about Mert Lawhill further developing a prosthetic arm for motorcrossing. Have tried to find his website, with no luck. Have friend who currently uses a carbon fiber shoulder/elbow with stainless steel arm and uses air fitting quick releases to attach to handlebar, with mountain bike airshock for suspension...wondering if Mert's system is affordable and available??? please email me if info is available!!!! thanks in advance!

I saw a guy at budds creek nat. a few yrs back racing w/a prostetic arm. He was incrediable!! It actually took me a few laps to realize what exactly was different about the fellow. He had the prostetic on his clutch arm and was railing the berms and clutching just like everyone else. Plus the crowd loved the guy. Unfortunately he did not qualify,but came very close.(One spot shy of a qualifying postion I believe? Sorry I don't know the gentlemen's site, but I know that it does indeed exist.
