Looking for tuning shop advice in the Bay Area

My 01' RM250 forks are awful. I've tried tuning with the clickers but no matter what I do they are just incredibly harsh. I dread coming across braking bumps, acceleration bumps, and roots or rocks. I have not changed springs or any of the internals, just a rebuild for leaky seals once.

I've decided to spend the money to have my suspension correctly setup for my weight and riding style. I'd prefer to find a shop in the SF Bay Area so I can deliver the forks/shock in person and meet with the tech.

Can you recommend any great shops that I should talk to? Big names or small is fine as long as they can produce a great end result.
