Lookout campground in NV

I am trying to obtain information about Lookout CG in Dog Valley which is in Nevada. From Lookout we could ride Peavine Mountain, the only problem is we have a 34' 5th wheel toyhauler that needs to go down these roads. The ranger I spoke to, informed me that he wouldn't do it. So my question to anyone out there is, has anyone been to Lookout and ridden at Peavine?
