When idleing a loud screech comes from the engine. When i pull in the clutch it will take a second and then go away, let the clutch out again and it comes back. I think it might only happen in neutral because i havent been able to get it to do it when riding in gear.
I dont know if it has to do with the push rod or stoper. any help??

It sounds like you may have a bearing going bad on the input shaft of the trans. While in neutral there's no load on the shaft which is letting it 'bounce' around in the loose bearing causing the screech. When in gear the shaft is loaded which pushes it against the race not allowing it to resonate and cause the screech. When you pull the clutch in, the input shaft is disconnected from the engine so the screech stops as it winds down.
