This summer I bought my son a 83 IT 200 (he is currently rideing a XR100) The thought was we could fix it up over winter and he can step up next summer. He stands about 5'5" so he is just a little short for the bike, I would like to lower the suspension for him and put on a smaller set of wheels for his first year. The IT comes stock with a 21" front rim and a 18" rear and was hopeing to fit up some old XR 100 wheels to get it lower yet. Anyone tried this? Any constructive thoughts on the subject? I know I am in for some mods but think it's feasable, ala KXL or TTR
