lowering seat height

can anyone tell me how i can possibly lower my seat height on a 1990 cr 250.
i have tried to grow longer legs but that is not working for me. would really love to be able to shorten the height by a few inches.

You can cut the seat foam, cut the subframe or have the suspension lowered by a suspension shop.
