Anyone can explain how different are "starts" on cement? Also I was wondering if having a wider rear tire on sand would help having better traction,and..and,using a "BR7ES" plug for wood riding is something "safe" for the engine(my 250 has a tendency to foul plugs, carburation is lean enough). Thanks

Cement starts are hard because the rear tire will spin a lot easier. Instead of weighting the front, like on a normal dirt start, you weight the rear tire. You can't just rev it and dump the clutch. You get a lot more traction on the dirt starts. Only comes with practice.
