I read in these forums that Michelin sizes their tires differently. My local bike shop guy said that’s news to him. Well, I’m confused now and just have one simple question. The KDX’s stock front tire is an 80/100-21 and I won a Michelin Starecross MS2-01 80/100-21 at a drawing last weekend. Will this tire fit on the front of my 2003 KDX 200 or will it be too small due to the way Michelin sizes their tires?

Oh yeah! A second question. What size tube should I get. I was going to purchase an MSR tough tube. Thanks for helping a confused guy who is relatively new to this sport out.

Had a couple Mich and never had a problem getting them onto the rim.
As far as tubes go get the thickest tube they sell. MSR has heavy tubes that
work well, it's probably the tough tube you are speaking off.

goto a tire site and use the convertor. Dunlop is mesured in US Standards, Michelin are Metric or Visa Versa. Anyway the #'s are different, but should fit. TUBE-GET A HEAVY DUTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
