Can someone tell me how many mile you can go average on a tank of premix until you hit reserve? I'm talking average to fast trail riding. I have a 99 KDX 200 jetted down to a 155 main and a 45 pilot with the air box lid removed. One more question, has anybody tried the torque ring from Fredette Racing? Does it work and does it kill your top end on this bike? I just installed Boysen 607 power reeds and they seemed to help out the bottom to mid range on my bike. Thanks for the advice.

I run 93 octane (sheetz) and use mobil 1 mx2t and get about 40-50 miles per tank. Maybe I'm using the wrong gas, but I think the mileage is lousy.

I only get 30 - 35 miles per tank. :( I can't figure out what's wrong. A '95 200 with a 152 main, 45 pilot, and the usual mods. Needle and seat are good, float is set a bit below spec, and reeds are good. I've had people watch me closely while I ride doing wheelies, turning, etc. and can't see that it's leaking. The bike runs excellent, but I can't get a handle on the gas thing. :|

This spring I went for a ride and we went 57 miles between gas. I have a 220 and the other guy had a 200. He just went on reserve and I didn't yet so I think that 55 60- miles on a tank is what we can expect. His bike had stock carb and mine has the RB mod carb.

I have a 1993 or 94 KDX 250, and I can go 90-100km on a tank.

My buddy yobedoc gets better fuel economy on his KDX220, going about 120km before switching to reserve.. I want a KDX220..

My 02 220 gets 90 miles on a mild day of riding and 60 miles on a hard day of blasting the heavy sand. The stock jetting works from sea level to 10,000 feet.....I've never had such a neat bike!
