Hi All,
We are going to take a little vacation to Millville, the weekend of Aug.13th-14th, to watch the Nat'ls. We are going to camp out.
Does anyone have any "FYI"/tips that we should know beforehand?
Thanks.........

You will have a great time and the track is a great place to get up close and personal.
1)If you have ever wanted to try racing on a track ready for a pro race get there early Thurs I know they say the gates open at 5PM but if you get there at 5PM you will still be in line outside after 10PM. Pre enter if you are going to race!!!!!!!!
2) Do not bring alcohol they will search your veh and confiscate anything you try to bring in (hence the 5 hour wait in line to get in) There is beer for sale inside. DO BRING alot of water it can get hot and dry that time of year there
3) On saturday if you watch there will be several riders walking the track area checking it out and this is often a good time to collect a couple autographs if that is your thing. Be polite and take whatever their answer is as a final answer they have a job to prepare for
4) pitpasses are available for sale but the public time in the pits is a zoo and you will miss some of the better practice/ qualifying times
5)Make sure to walk the entire area on Sat and watch from different vantage points so you know where you want to set up on Sunday. There are some unbelievable places to watch from but you need to get to the best ones early top stake out your land claim
6) Plan to attend the awards after the races. it is down at the starting area and by the time it is finished you will have a much easier time with traffic leaving instead of just sitting in nonstop traffic waiting.
7)DO NOT REMOVE ANY BANNERS OR SIGNS ALONG THE TRACK taking them is theft and you will be stopped for it. There are only a couple routes in and the are supervised by security.

above all have fun watching some great riders put it all out for us
