I'll start by saying hello and thanks for the opinions expressed here.

I've been lurking here for several months( ever since i purchased myklx)and apparentlylearned very little. I went against most advice and bought my carb frompro-flo.(33mm)
Although,
I had very few problems getting it installed. I modified the head stay, hada brass ring machined for the airbox side, cut the throttle bracket to fit, took the pushcable off......... and BAM! the beast lives!

NOW on to the advice i probably should take :)

The jetting for the carb is standard issue from pro-flo. What i HAVE
learned is Stroker recommends a little diff jetting. The problem or question is......It seems to run fine with the smaller stock jetting except when i go from WOT to nothing and it stalls sometime.

Am i about to trash a piston by running the smaller jetting? It doesn't seem to be toolean but i've never worked on that many thumpers. (i'm a 2 strokeconvert).

What causes the occasional stall?

BTW....I'm originally from GA. but my job requires me to be in the
Chattanooga area.
Anyone got any good trail spots they could point me to in Nooga?

p.s. stock 2002 klx,mikuni 33mm...free mods apply
