Mosier Valley directions

Could someone from the Dallas area be kind enough to give me the easiest route to get to the Mosier Valley Mx track? I will be coming from the west on I-20. (From Abilene). Also, what will be the quickest way to get from there to Texas stadium? We are planning to go to the day practice at Mosier on the Sat of the supercross, then haul butt over and watch that, then turn around and race at Mosier on Sunday. Anyone else here got the same plans?
