Motor Oil Question!!!

I just got a new piston and cylinder for my 03 yz125 and need to change the oil. What type should i use and how do i know when its full, theres no dipstick

I seriously hope you didn't do the top end on this bike...

Most bikes will have a number somethign like "500 cm3" or something like that forged into the cases near the oil fill hole. If you can't find it there it will definitely be in the service manual.

the "cm3" part is also "cc" so.. if it's 500 then add 1/2 liter and your good to go.

i have been using bel ray gear saver in my 06 yz125 and it works great have had no problems with it
