We will be there this Saturday with my new ride :)

Look for a gold F-350, two KTMs, XR100, and the new mystery bike.

Come one, come all.

I'm riding somewhere on Saturday, not quite sure if it'll be Muenster or Crooked Creek in Waco since its one of their public weekends.

I'm definitely riding somewhere Saturday. I'm taking Friday off, so maybe I'll ride Friday as well. Jim, James, Gene - anyone up for Kiamichi?

Seldon:
I'd like to do the Kiamooch, but not sure I can. Mark and Jimmy are arriving Friday or Saturday from college. If they get here Friday, I'd love to hit the big K. But if not, might have to do Muenster or Bells. I'll try to get a better answer soon. By the way, I'm glad Daphne could go to the Supercross with my guys. I wanted to go, but didn't feel well at all, so I decided to stay home where I'd be comfortable. Sorry to have missed that epic race, but I think I made the right decision. I saw it on TiVo, and it was pretty cool.

Muenster would be good if Kiamichi doesn't work out. What is 'Bells'?

Dafni had a lot of fun at the SuperCross. It was her first time and she had a blast.

Bells is a private track near Bells, Texas. There's a 12.5-mile, one-way track. I paid for a family membership. We can go any time, any day; I have a key. Visitors pay $10. It's pretty cool; only about 35 minutes from my house. The trails are mostly fast, some tight stuff in the trees, some motocross jumps (which I go around). Not bad for an afternoon or half-day ride. Beginners could ride most of it pretty easily, skip the hard stuff.

But how would you know they are fast?

Seriously, when are you going to ride Muenster again? All this Kiamichi stuff has gotten out of hand lately. Have you forgotten where you came from? :(

Well, I'm riding Sunday, not Saturday as previously planned.

...still a toss-up between Muenster or Crooked Creek. Kinda leaning towards Muenster so I can put more miles in.

I probably can't ride Saturday, because Jimbo won't be home in time. So maybe I'll take a day off next week and ride somewhere. Wish I could be up there; it's been a long time since I got to ride with you guys.

By the way, I can tell the trails at Bells are mostly fast because sometimes I almost feel like shifting into second. And because little girls on XR80's pass me like Bubba going by RC in the whoops.

You should at least come out for a half day or so if you can swing it. When do Mark and Jimmy get back?

Charlie,
Hope you are able to make it. New bike,eh? Does this mean the 400 is gone, or did you keep it too?

I'll be riding my new two-stroke as well. I kept the 250, though and will have both of them there

If we don't see you there, thanks again for fixing our stand! :)

Mark and Jimmy should be here Saturday afternoon. I'll probably just work around the house in the morning, barbecue in the evening. I love my new grill. First really good grill I've ever had. I've barbecued every night since I got it -- ribs, steaks, shrimp, chicken, hamburgers, whales. No, not whales. But kangaroos. They're good.

I want to go. My boy my is recovering but still not back in school. I have handle bars on my bike again but still need some other mounts for my handguards. I am waiting on my daughter to call me so I can plan the weekend. I have to re-jet her quad. They lost part of her pipe at Little Sahara and bought a Yosh. It needs some tuning. I will watch the posting for where everyone is and try to get away.

If it looks too muddy for Muenster or Barnwell in the morning, Benjamin and I will probably go to Kiamichi. Rain is no problem there.

I just spoke with Crooked Creek, and they haven't had any rain today. It's closer than Kiamichi, so we might try a new place tomorrow.

They're likely to get rain tonight, though, Seldon. Let me know if you're going to the K, I might tag along.

JMD, you need some fresh armadillo to for that grill. They are also a lot easier to catch than the kangaroos.
