If you have everything you listed above, there is no excuse why it wouldn't fire. Maybe the air filter is dirty, the jets could be clogged. When was the last time you had it running?

about 2 dyas before it wouldnt run it ran out of gas last time i rode it

"Frozen gas line not frozen"......... hmmmmmmmm that may be your problem. If the frozen gas line is not frozen, it may hinder the bikes performance.

No for real... I am with Bigred, if you have the big three: Gas, Compression, and Fire...there is no reason why it shouldn't fire up. Sure you're not missing something?

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me.... go through the carb. Check and make sure your spark plug is moist after kicking it a few times.

It usually takes a few more kicks to start a bike after the gas was ran out. did you just kick it 3 or 4 times and think something was wrong?

Tilt the bike on its side to the left and wait for gas to flow out the carb overflow hose. Then you know the carb is full and try to start it.
