hey im about 5'11 1/2 and 155 pounds. i have a new rmz 250 and they guy i bought it from was a pretty little guy. i can stand flatfoot on the bike and it sags alittle. i want to raise the back suspension to make it higher because i hate being that low to the ground but i dont want to make the suspension stiff. any ideas?? thanks, nick

ok thanks chilli also im really a noob when it comes 2 four stroke just from riding around my yard and starting it for 1 or 2 minits and revvin it it gets very hot!!! nothings wrong i dont think but is normal for the 250fs to get hotter then 2 strokes

250f's do tend to run very hot, that being said the 04 RMZ was known to have cooling issues. These bikes need air flow over the rads to cool so sitting with it idling for a longer period or crawling around the yard will tend to lead to overheating.
