Hey guys new here. was wondering if i can get some help i recently got a 74 TS 125. cant get it to start for the life of me, Bike has sat for many many years. I cleaned the carb. has spark seems to be getting fuel good flow from fuel line bowl on carb fills up. dont have a ton of experience with bikes so may be something stupid any input would be awesome stuff to check ect. Thanks

maybe corrosion at the head allowing loss of compression.
when spark is weak it can exist out of the engine but not inside the engine because compression makes it harder for the spark to jump the gap. Put in a new plug and make the gap smaller than .025" (just for test purposes since if there's a problem with the ignition system then lessening the gap may allow it to spark although that lessens engine power).
when a bike is super hard to start then you need to push start it going downhill (the longer/steeper the better). that way any water or excess gasoline in the crank will cycle out.
Does the TS have pure piston port intake (no reed valve)?
