I tried to search out instructions but couldnt find them, so if anyone knows, then please let me know.

my main problem is that i scanned the photos into photoshop and then saved them as jpeg files, unfortunately, they still exceed the 75K format (around 150-200K) so i cant upload them.

thanks

If you open them up using the right click on the mouse then use 'open with' then goto microsoft photo imaging and you should be able to resize the pic.

I was able to get my under the 50000 guideline but then it told me something about 500 x 550 or something like that. So I just put a link to the fototime gallery.

When you scan the photo, there should be a choice of quality level which will effect the file size. Lower the DPI to 30 or 50 and then check the file size.
