I just bought a 94 cr250 and the clutch cable is now totally adjusted out and when i put it in gear with the clutch pulled in all the way it isnt disengaging and just stalls the bike....does that mean i need a new clutch??....would a bad clutch slip?

it depends on what you mean but the cable is totaly adjusted out?usualy it the clutch engages and does not slip it means that the clutch is not worn out but that doesn't mean you don't need a new clutch, the clutch plates could be warped cauising the clutch to drag if they are you need a new clutch. also the clutch baskets (inner and outer)could have groves worn into them from the plates if they do you will have to replace them to fix the problem (you can file them if they are only slightly worn but that is only a tempory fix) the only way to really find out whats wrong with your clutch is to take it apart and with carfull inspection dertimine what parts are no good and replace them.get a service manuel if you are not sure how to do this.
