Neighbor Night

Txbigguy and I just came up with a menu for Camp Tejas and I was thinking that we need to host a gathering with our neighbors across the Red.

What works for y'all? How many should we plan for? I was thinking Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. We have the chili cookoff on Friday and the Pigout on Saturday.

I figured we would go light on Friday because of the chili cookoff and I am fasting all day on Saturday ....
