get your jetting set before you try to do much w/ it. James Dean has a good kit for it and run a 42 pilot which will help in starting. The engine needs around 6 hours of run time to break in and will become a whole different bike. Set your static sag around 110mm on the rear shock and set your clickers at the factory recommended settings for your break in period (again about 6-8 hours are what these bikes take) then re-check them. What type of racing/riding do you do?
