new powervalve oring/oil seal

i got some new orings and oil seal for my powervalve to hopefully stop all the spooge that comes out of it,, but after i rode it, my bike seemed rich on pilot, and lean on the main.. can a better working powervalve give that effect?

seems like it would be the opposite since the old seal was letting pressure out.

also, before i put my pipe back on, i knocked a dent into the underside so that it wouldnt be rubbing against my cyclinder head anymore,, maybe that caused the new jetting condition also. ??

Nevada, maybe I am crazy, but I cannot understand how anything you have done would screw up the jetting. Anyting else noteworthy going on?
