New springs - where, how much and what weight

I have an 83 KDX 200 and I want to replace the springs, I think they are original and I plan to ride the bike for the next couple of years. I weigh 200lbs w/gear and I'm thinking somewhere in the same plushness range as an XR400 or a bit stiffer. Who is a good suppier for front and rear springs, how much will it run me and what spring constant should I get? Anything else I should keep in mind while I am rebuilding the rear suspension?(I just did the front) Thanks ahead.

My best advice would be to give Fredette a call on this one. He's likely the most knowledgeable person around on the first generation 200s.
