new to uspension, please HELP!!

I have been ridin for a year, and would like to learn more about my kx80. I can hit decent sized jumps (4-5 ft. tall), but I would like to learn some of the suspension stuff. Could anyone lead me to a site or explain some of the basic terms and how it affects the bike, like how do i know if i want to soften or harden the suspension, i have no idea how to do any of the stuff, i have always rode my bike with the suspension we bought it with. What are like the clickers, "sag", and all these other odd ball terms, i would like to learn more about my suspension. Thank you.

Eric Gorr had good info on terminalogy and how to set your bike up, you can check his site if its still up, also MX-Tech has a tunning guide on there site that is informative
