1. Open Microsoft Word.

2. Type in NYC in caps, large-ish font size, and then highlight it.

3. Change the font to Webdings.

4. Change the font to Wingdings

Ok. I did it. The first is obvious....."I love NYC."

The second is a bit freaky. First we have the sign of death. Second, we have the Star of David, representing Judaism. Finally, we see fire (at least I think it's fire).

Interesting how this all fits in to the current events. Death is obvious. Star of David...related to our support of Israel? You be the judge. Fire is also obvious.

Overall.....strange coincidence.

When I did this, I got:
1. Skull and x-bones
2. Star of David
3. Thumbs up

In my opinion, it looks more like a shot at the Jewish faith in NYC rather than against NYC itself. Sick sense of humor from the programmer, if it was intentional.

Was it a thumbs up? I thought it was fire. I'll look again. If it's a thumbs up, I agree....sick programmer!

You are correct. I increased the font and it's a thumbs up symbol. What message is this supposed to send across?

Apparently written by a Muslim. Translated: "killing jews is A-OK!" :silly:

I don't think it has anything to do with programmers. More like pure chance that those images were assigned the ASCII code equivalents of NYC. :think

For some fun why don't you guys interpret the airport codes rendered with the wingdings font. I'm sure we can find some other sinister interpretations. :)

Sorry, but that seem's awfully harsh and direct for such an accident. (I guess I'll lose my charter member in the "there are no black helicpoters club" for this).

LT... Out of the club? What's the world coming to? ;)

Try SFO with Wingdings and let your imagination run with it.

Well let's see what the Bell Hop learned while Taraker was thinking... and still thinking...

Sprint service blows... Must be cause all the tech's are on various forums instead of working. Back to work you slave dog. ;)

Jeffd,
Wanna take Thursday off for riding????

I need to replace my lack of DW attendance with a day of riding. Scouting interfered with the DW plans. Come on... Help a brother out.

Hey, the S in the SFO is not fire, it's a drop of water.....
Are you suggesting we drown the flag???:think

"If a fiery meteor hit the American flag stuck on the moon and burned it, and someone knew it was gonna happen, does that make it a conspiracy?"
