I Have seen them around so I am wondering how this upgrade is done...Only on the side panels...I know how extensive it would be for tank and shrouds. What would it take to change the side panels over to 00-01 or 02-07 side panels on a 97-99 cr250 or 98-99 cr125?

Anyone? What does everyone think? New plastics (Side Panels + Fender), Subframe and airbox? All of the above...just side panels? Has anyone done a fit test?

Let me know. So far i have a 97 cr250 with a 450f front fender. LOOKS SICK. You have to cut the fender though because the 450f has no expansion chamber so the pipe gets in the way. Also i want to put a 01 rear fender because its less curved and more straight out. Well see.

Im bumping this because ive been reading through threads that i searched and this is the one i been looking for. Just curious if the newer plastics that have the cut in the rad shroud and the smaller number plates fit my 99 cr250? it looks close but i dont want to purchase them and have the holes be a couple mm off. 99 plastics are nasty. I know they changed the frame, so please dont flame me.

thanks in advance.

yea pretty much, and the Metal Mulisha graphics i want dont come in 97-99. Also I like the smaller rear number plates, and how agressive the shrouds are.
