I was running a ngk br8eg and it would foul out like every time I went riding (I wasn't riding like a wuss). my friend had the same problem and he started useing br8es and it stopped. Is there any problem useing that plug in a 1998 yz 250?
thanks
mike

I have posted a thread with the subject ´ES more foul/suitable !!!!!!!!´about this issue....
I have concluded that the ES is good due to the low price and the EG has better igniton and more money...
About performance/fouling both are equals. I have fixed my jetting with a ES and then I replaced it to a EG only due to better igniton...But it is only my opinion you should hear more opinions my friend.

the r means its a resistor plug, with my 99 yz80 i was using br8eg's too, and i went to a br7es i know its a hotter plug but it worked for me, as of right now i use br9eg's in my 2000 yz125 from day 1 when i bought the bike almost 2 years ago on the 30th
