Since Pastrana is one of my idols, I wanted his video real bad, but I couldn't find it anywhere in Quebec. So I downloaded it using a torrent. Usually I don't care about downloading all my softwares and games but I felt bad not paying for the vid you know... :| :(

Yes I know...I ain't blaming you! I'm blaming myself since I've got the movie right on DVD and watch it all the time on the TV.

I bought my copy through either DennisKirk or BobsCycle, I can't remember which. I also do not know if they serve Canada.

There are so many products offered in the US compared to Canada. Like (off topic): If I want the famous 144 big bore kit on my 125, who can do this in Canada? :blah: Anyway, just wanted to say that I hate downloading something that I would have liked to buy.

I understand, perhaps next time you need something that is not available to you because of your country, one of us on this side of the border could help you out. I don't know about the 144 kit/

Yeah but I'm in Quebec. I guess it is simpler to ship in the US than to B.C? Thanks for the help guys, it is appreciated!

I tried looking with google for some place but no results match my search criteria.

Are there any customs duties (I think they're called) on parts like these? If yes how much? (The tax, a fixed percentage,...) How long will it take from the day I ship the cylinder to Gorr (cause I think he's the man if somebody could confirm this) to the day I recieve the kit? And what do I need to send (only the cylinder?) Has anybody done this in Canada? I'd like more info before doing this. Thanks again.

Trying to guesstimate how long Canada Customs will hold your parts would be similar to guessing the correct lottery numbers. They work by their own schedule and you'll get your stuff when they get around to it. For most Canadians now is the time to get work done, don't wait until you are in a time crunch in March or April.

I'm actually waiting to see if I can sell the bike. If not I'll just invest more and more again on it. This sport is addictive man :bang:

I glad he uploaded the video. I liked it so well I think I will buy the DVD now. Otherwise I would have never known about it.

If it is copyrighted (and all of the Nitro Circus videos are) then yes, the person that put it on the net can get into trouble. If you are found with it on your computer, then you could also get into trouble. Have you forgotten the Napster dealing from a few years back? File sharing is copyright infringement.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer, for more details, ask one. Mr. Bright???

I know napster got tapped on the fingers (or the whole hand), but others such as Morpheus, Limewire, Bearshare, etc got out of it!

Maybe, but that didn't make it legal. The corporations went after the biggest fish in the pond.

But ya see, Mr. Bright has no opinion of his own, he's simply a "cut & paster". I'd suggest a real lawyer.
Maybe, but he is more qualified than I am to dispense legal information. And he probably knows where to cut it from so it can be pasted here.

Nah, besides, I would need information on GA and/or NC laws, and he isn't qualified in either.

Wasn't the front flip in Nitro Circus 3? I have the first and third. Anyway, here are links to all three.
