No spark

I have been using ether in the airbox to start my RM250 lately. It appears that I have no spark from the spark plug today. Does this sound like a progressive weakening of the coil or something more serious? Should I replace the whole electrical or start with one thing at a time? And in what order should I replace parts?

I would first by pass the kill switch, then go from there..

Also try a new plug.

Only had two hours on a new plug. Ran fine when I put it away for the day. And I'll be damned, it was a bad plug....NO SPARK! Thanks, Merlinnn, for not letting me overlook the obvious.

Ether in the airbox and the plug was fouled, i would look at getting the carburator tuned correctly..
