Yup, that's right. I've decided to rebuild my carb. 98 CR250 with a Keihin carb. I've got my trusty Clymer manual and feel 100% comfortable with this. I'll probably start next weekend. The bike is a little old and I want this to be a reliable bike. I plan to clean the Boyseen reeds to, pretty new so I'm not replacing. Before I get started, I have a few ?'s:

Other than the dealer, anyone else make a complete rebuild kit?

With this project I'm planning to replace all the hoses and the throttle cable, even add an aluminum throttle tube.

Other than the rebuild kit, what other things should I be replacing fuel system or carb-wise?

well on carbs just make sure its clean and all jets and passages are not clogged. and make sure the needle and seats are in good shape and not bent or worn. check cylinder and see how it looks. and how long has it been since a new set of rings have been put on?
