Northern Nevada Places to Ride?

I wanted to beat the heat in August, so I'm thinking of heading up to North Central & North Eastern Nevada. I've been up there before but was surprised with all the fences. I could not guess which sections were private and what was BLM land. Any suggestions?

Alright, I guess noone lives up in Northern NV. How about Central NV?
