From what I've read, I personally wouldn't use any octane boosters, unless your engine has a detonation problem with pump gas, which stock KDX's do not have. Octane boosters will actually reduce throttle response (maybe not noticably to the average rider, but...) Also, octane boosters will not make pump gas into race gas; there is more to race gas than just high octane; search the forums for info on this topic, there's lots of it.
Now, to answer the original question: no, I've never used any.
Even 93 oct fuel is slight overkill for a KDX. If you have stock compression then you only need 89 octane. Octane boosters are not good...don't use it.
