odometer

i have a 1992 kdx 200 kdx and my odometer is broke. i took off the cable and when i spun the bottom the top did not spin. does that mean that my cable is broken? if so were can i get a new one. if not what else should i check..

it is probalby broken, same thing happened to one of my other bikes. You can buy one anywere. try bikebandit.com, or the kawasaki dealer. It should cost around $12-$20 for the cable.

Take the cable to a cable repair company it will cost a lot less to fix .
