Ok listen, I recenely got a 1986 CR 250 for free from my step dads son, and I want to get my motorcycle lisence on it.

How do I make it road legal? Like are there any kits I can get for it which have tail lights, headlights, turn signals, ect.??

Let me know where I can pick this kind of kit up at.

Thanks alot!

for your cr you will probably need to get a lighting coil to even run any kind of lighting(baja designs will also have info about these). good thing you want to do this in canada because as of right now CA dmv is no longer dong green sticker the street legal conversions.
good luck

You can't make that bike legal for road use in Canada, no matter what you do. Street legal bikes reqire a steel gas tank, battery lighting system, as well as instrumentation. That bike is designated for closed competition or off-road use and will not qualify for department of transport approval. You probably would be best off to sell it or trade it for a street bike.
