DirtWeek 01 was the low point... I cant believe how much poundage I gained this year; was in 32's last spring (2000), 16% (roughly) bodyfat and 190 lbs. By Dirtweek 01, was up to 220... didn't want to measure BF. Was pretty ripped at Dw 01(see image of flared back and small waist here :) :

In 3 weeks so far; BFL... down to 200, but still high on BF at 21%. I've also got a challenge from Rich to be below his BF by May... he's pretty damn hard core, could lose that one. Big time aerobic right now, weights in 2 weeks thru May.
Atkins is cool for dropping pounds, just keep your lean mass vs bf in perspective. Don't do Atkins more than 6 weeeks (of kitosis) BFL works... go for it.
