Older KDX plastic ?

I own a '85 kdx 200. I must be one of the dumbest people alive...almost. Well anyway I went to lean my bike against a tree and it fell down landed on a few rocks:Cracked the side panel and broke a little piece off the front fender! SO my question is will plastic off a '87 kdx 200 fit my '85? I found an '87 set of plastic on ebay for what I think will stay cheap. Any help is appreciated

Hey on the maier site: When you buy the side panels is it both of them? Also this place seems expensive because its $50 for the side panels and $38 I think for the front fender is there any other places that might be cheaper or is this normal?
