Check out the Central Oregon Recration Area near Chemult, on the east side. Used to be hundreds of miles of trails there. But the west side won't be wet during the summer. Try the Trask Mountains near Yamhill; tons of great riding there, too.

John's Peak down near Medford is no doubt dry this time of year. It's some fun riding with marked loops to keep you out of trouble. Follow the ribbons. The local club marks out three loops in blue, white and pink ribbon. Lots of fun single-track in the pine trees and some fun hills to climb. Seems like there's about 60 miles of trail there

The Tillamook area is a blast when it's dry, too. Many more miles there than at Medford. Check out Brown's Camp and/or Jordan Creek.

The Millican Valley out near Bend is always dry; I imagine it's REALLY dusty right now. There are over 100 miles of trail out there.
