I had put a new wiseco piston in my bike and when i was running it and pulled the clutch in the bike died. Floated it and it did the same thing unless i cracked it to full. took the piston out and the thing is worn down 1 mm in the front and looks shot. the old piston i took out lookes perfect compared to this. Any reasons y thins happened? i broke it in correctly and the thing only has about 4 hours on it.

did it have predrilled holes for the exhaust bridge? from memory i dont think the wiseco do and this will have caused it to lock up tight, from lack of lubrication on that exhaust bridge.

It did have the holes on the exhaust side drilled in it. I send the cylinder back to eric to see if he can do something with it because it messed up another piston. i think it might be something with the exhaust bridge.
