I am getting ready to get my second bike back; a 1992 KX 60 :thumb: :yeehaw: . We let my cousin use it after I was done with it and he didn't ride it so I figured I'd like to have it back for nostalgia, and hey, I might even ride it around the pits. I don't really want to go crazy with the "pitbike" craze, but I wouldn't mind getting taller bars, maybe setting it up for a taller person, and beefing up the suspension big time. My question is, where can I send the suspension to get it stiffened WAY up, and find some stuff to make it more comfortable for someone that's 5' 6"( don't laugh, I'm only 15) to ride?
Thanx alot guys & gals!

The rear shock you can do yourself. Kawasaki sells a stiffer spring for around $60 . I rode my kids around and it was good for flats, but no jumping. I weigh in at 160.

thanks alot walt! I actually need to send the front & rear in to get them serviced. I plan on just riding it around at the races, not jumping or anything of that nature.
Again, THANX :thumb:

Just but the Mini bars everyone is getting for the xR 50's. they are still 7/8" bars so you can use them on on other bikes. You'd just have to have some cables made longer. Look around at your local shops. I've even had hydraulic hoses made a machine shops for udner $40...
