Have a 1995 200 that has a fresh top end (less than 10 hrs). Wiseco piston and LA sleeve. After break in installed Boyesen reed valves. Adjusted jetting and could not get bike to run right. Went back to stock and still very poor performance. Will not accelerate and has no top end power. Appears power valves are working right. Could this be an electrical problem? CDI unit?
