can anyone help me in the setup of the power valve
no top end power at the moment
are there marks
when is the main valve open up or down
all help would be appreciated

Main valve is open when it is in the up position.What type of bike do you have?

Kinda hard to explain without knowing the type of bike your talking about. And powervavles that are stuck closed will affect the to[end power.

none of the valves are stuck
the bike is a 1990 mx250 ktm
ive been told that when the main valve is down the sub valves should be shut
as the main valve moves upwards the sub valves open
there is a spring on the side with the actuator rod
i dont know how this should go

Go over to the euro forums,being you have a ktm.Someone over there would be more famaliar with the ktm powervalve set up.
