Power Valve Noise?

Ok, this is my 3rd KDX and I should be use to the power valve noise by now, but.. this is my first NEW KDX and the power valve is louder than the other two used KDXS' I owned (1990 & 2000) My new KDX 200 2002 "leftover" seems very loud I mean, like it just don't sound good. Is this the norm? It just seems to rattle a lot. Thanks!!

When you start your KDX in the early mornings & its not noisy only then you need to worry....
Either there is something wrong with your enjine or some envious KTM rider swopped enjines overnight.

I've got two 2003's, they're both noisy. The 200 even more so.

Ya I just bought a used 2002 & I was worried at fist too BUT was told buy another KX rider that they make same noise too ...
