power valve stuck?

power valve stuck?
I am wondering how to tell if my power valves are stuck. I took the cover off the side and it's pretty gummy. Should anything be able to move around in there? Do I have to start the bike to see something move? Any help is appreciated!

Remove the plastic cover on the side of the engine to expose the actuator arm and plunger rod. Start the engine and rev it. When the rpms rise, you should see the plunger move out, and it should return to it's inward position when the rpms fall.

Ask yourself this: Is my bike fast? If you answered yes then you PV's are NOT stuck
