guys i fired my bike up today and the powervalve doesnt open anymore. the bike has good low end but revs up and has absolutley no power like its held on. i took the pv cover off and reved the bike and the arm is not moving up to open the valve. i removed the clutch cover to make sure the arm was still attached to the governor and it was.. its just not moving. can these governors/actuators wear out and not operate anymore? im trying to track down the problem because this isnt good .. lol.
