Help Problem with a low rpm bogging

Hi guys I have a 2002 ktm 125sx and it’s bogging before powerband. When I go like 1/4 throttle its boggin but when I go full throttle it active the powerband fine. It is a air-fuel mixture adjustment? I think my bike has a lean bog or i don’t know what going on. Maybe do I have to jettin? I clean the carb, the bike is mint condition fresh 29hr engine. But that bogging got me so frustrated. Somebody can help me with some tips or advise please?

You need to adjust the air screw on the carburetor . Also make sure there is no water in the fuel.

a 20 year old bike needs to have its needle and needle jet inspected for wear which could be letting in too much gas. Usually if the engine loves it when you whiskey throttle it instead of slowly opening the throttle that means the needle to jet clearance is too big.
