problem with Dirtrider.net acct. and email change

I'm having a problem with my Dirtrider.net user account. I have used the ID "Ensign" for years, but my ISP recently changed my email address, so I tried to change it in the control panel here. Unfortunately, my ISP screwed up the email change and I never received the email asking me to confirm the email change. Now, I can't access the control panel at all or post messages under the "Ensign" ID.

I tried emailing Okie, I guess (webmaster@dirtrider.net), and Thump from this account, but haven't heard anything. I really didn't want to re-register, but there was no other way for me to post this question.

What should I do to re-activate the "Ensign" ID and then deactivate this one?

Ensign-Seems like Okie had mentioned a glitch which would sometimes prevent a user from changing their Email address in their profile. This came up with the DRN Email accounts for Support Team members.
Email Okie at: okie@dirtrider.net Not sure if the "webmaster" one is valid or not.
