I am not wanting to sink funny car level mods into my KDX200 for just occassional practice ventures to one of the many So-Cal MX tracks. But I have come to the conclusion that time spent on an safe, old school track, really works you out, hones your skills, and since many of the tracks are close, there isnt so much money and time being spent in travelling to a local track versus the desert. So for those of you who ride tracks, what are your spring weights? Oh, I weigh 160 without gear and ride at novice level pace, read no clearing of big doubles, just average size table tops

Thanks. Is the much involved in the replacing of the fork springs? Will I require any special tools designed specifically for their removal?
